How does billing work for Pro?＋
Pro is billed monthly at R1199 via Paystack. You can upgrade, manage your card or cancel any time from your account settings.
How does Enterprise pricing work?＋
Enterprise is billed per candidate interviewed, at a rate we agree with you based on your hiring volume, then invoiced monthly via Paystack. Talk to sales to set it up.
Can PreHire screen applicants automatically?＋
Yes. Add screening questions with pass, flag or decline rules and every applicant is checked the moment they apply — only those who meet your requirements reach the video round. Write the questions yourself, or let AI draft them from your job description for you to review and edit.
Do candidates need to pay or sign up?＋
Never. Candidates apply through your public application link (or a unique invite) and record their answers straight in the browser — no account and no cost to them.
What happens to videos after the storage period?＋
Trial videos are kept for 7 days and Pro videos for 1 year. Enterprise customers can arrange custom retention.
